The Fringe Flapper Dress includes a black dress with black and gold layered fringing around the skirt and gold beading around the hips and the shoulders of the garment. Don't forget to add one of our Feather Boas and a Cigarette Holder to complete the look. Unfortunately the Head Piece is unavailable for sale.
