Returns Policy


  • We offer 100 Day Money Back Guarantee on all purchases made from our shop and website, not including costumes and wigs.
  • The 100 Day Money Back Guarantee period will commence from the date that the customer receives their product. If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Where a product is within the 100 Day Money Back Guarantee period and a refund is requested, we will refund the original product purchase price. The following fees and/or charges will not be reimbursed:
    • Delivery charges from Unique Party Shop
    • Cost to return the product to Unique Party Shop
  • Please follow these steps when sending your return item/s:
    • All return items must be in new condition, and in its original retail packaging with your original invoice.
    • Tableware (plates, cups, cutlery, napkins and all catering items) can only be returned if they are still in their original packages and have not been opened.
    • All returns must be sent with tracking number so that your package may be tracked.
    • Returns will be credited to the original form of payment on your order.
  • If returned goods are not fit for resale, you will be issued with a store credit.
  • Where an item is found to be faulty, we will provide a replacement along with the necessary service and support.
  • Unique Party Shop reserves the rights to make changes to these terms and conditions without notice.
  • Return policy excludes costumes and wigs due to health regulations. 



Whilst we endeavour to keep accurate computer stock levels, some information is provided by third party suppliers so subject to unforeseen errors in their stock levels.  In the very unlikely event an item you have purchased is found to be sold out we will refund that item.
