Unique Party Shop delivers party supplies to every state and territory in Australia. With over 14,000 products available online and the largest party range in Queensland, we make shopping easy with fast, reliable Australia-wide delivery.

 

Shipping options

  • Free standard shipping for orders over $75
  • Flat rate shipping of $9.95 within Australia
  • Express shipping for $19.95 (our fastest option, not guaranteed next day)

We dispatch orders Monday through Friday, usually within one to three business days. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. AEST are processed the following business day.

Processing may take longer during peak periods, such as promotions or sales. We’ll let you know of any delays. If your order includes multiple or bulky items, allow extra time for processing. Some orders may be packed and shipped in separate parcels if they come from different warehouses.

 

Delivery times by state

We ship across Australia with estimated delivery times below.

Queensland (QLD)

  • Brisbane: one to three business days
  • North QLD: two to five business days

New South Wales (NSW)

  • Two to five business days

Australian Capital Territory (ACT)

  • Two to five business days

Victoria (VIC)

  • Three to five business days

South Australia (SA)

  • Four to six business days

Western Australia (WA)

  • Four to seven business days

Tasmania (TAS)

  • Four to seven business days

Allow up to 10 to 14 business days for rural and remote areas.

 

Pick-up option

Would you prefer to pick up your order? Visit our Sumner Park store in Brisbane during the hours below. We recommend contacting us first to confirm stock availability.

 

Trading hours:

  • Monday to Friday — 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday — 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Sunday — 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

We’re closed on public holidays — probably recovering from our own party!

 

Shipping confirmation and tracking

After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email. If you don’t see it, check your junk folder. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a second email with your tracking details.

If you place multiple orders on the same day and have them shipped to the same address, our system may automatically combine them into a single delivery to streamline processing.

If your order status shows as “Awaiting Fulfilment,” this means we’ve received it and are currently preparing it. Once your parcel is packed and dispatched from our warehouse, the status will update to “Fulfilled.” You’ll receive an email with your tracking information.

Please contact our team if you didn’t receive either email or your order hasn’t arrived after the expected timeframe. We’re happy to help.

 

Important shipping notes

  • Double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect details.
  • Courier delays can occur. Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
  • We pack all items carefully, but we are not liable for damage or loss during transit.
  • Stock levels are updated regularly. Some items are supplied by third parties and may become unavailable. If this happens, we will issue a refund for the affected item.

Place your order early to improve delivery chances for weekend parties and choose express shipping if needed. Although same-day dispatch is not guaranteed, placing your order before 12:00 p.m. AEST helps.

 

Returns and delivery issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can fix it quickly. Returned items must be in original condition. Costumes and wigs are excluded due to health regulations.
